RevQuest: The Lion and The Unicorn game returns to Colonial Williamsburg’s Revolutionary City for the spring break season through April 21. Participants in the alternate reality game join the Friends of Liberty while they save the American Revolution by protecting the identity of an important patriot spy. During summer 2012, more than 19,000 gamers participated in the game’s first full season.

RVA Fashion Week 2013 – through May 4. RVA Fashion Week is back for its 5th annual week of culture, fashion, and entertainment. Richmond’s top models, designers, stylists, choreographers, and producers are returning to bring Richmond this spring’s newest and most up to date looks in the fashion world. Each year RVA Fashion Week is dedicated to highlighting Richmond’s best fashion through culture, creativity, and art. The year is 1954, as architect Frank Lloyd Wright arrives at Richmond’s Broad Street Station where he is scheduled to meet with the press. Relay for Life. Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature fundraising activity. However, Relay for Life is much more than a fundraiser; it is a worldwide movement to end cancer. Relay For Life not only raises the much needed funds that enable the American Cancer Society to fulfill its mission to eliminate cancer as a major health concern, but it is also a living platform for the face and voice of the cancer patient, survivor and caregiver.

2013 Greater Richmond March for Babies Anniversary Celebration. 8am-noon. When you walk in March for Babies, you give hope to the more than half a million babies born too soon each year. The money you raise funds research to find answers to the problems that threaten our babies and to prevent disease later on in adults. Funds raised also support programs in your community that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies.
Fly Fishing in Richmond. 2pm-6pm. Virginia Outside, 6836 Westham Rd, Richmond, VA. We are really excited to offer more fly fishing programs this year! Join us for a trip to a private pond to learn the basics of fly fishing or hone your current skills. We will head to a private pond and work on casting skills, essential knots, and fly selection.
