Baseball Camp – Flying Squirrels & Jr. FUNNdamentals Camp
The Flying Squirrels offer three baseball camps throughout the 2015 season! Baseball Camps Sessions 1 and 2 are both three-day camps for boys & girls ages 7-14. Session 1 is held on June 23^rd, 24^th, & 25^th. Session 2 is held on August 4^th, 5^th, & 6^th. A Jr. Squirrels FUNNdamentals Camp is held on July 8^th & 9^th for boys & girls ages 4-8. Join us this summer for Stage Explorers Camp at the Children’s Theatre at Willow Lawn. In just two weeks your child will learn everything it takes to put on a show in a professional theatre. From singing, acting and dancing, to lights, sound and sets, and everything in between! No audition is necessary for this fun-filled camp, full of exploration, investigation and imagination! Stage Explorers Summer Camp is for rising first through sixth graders.

Flying Squirrels Baseball Camps for Beginner and Advanced Players

Squirrels lovers can step up to the plate this summer with two tailored camps for beginners and advanced ball players.

Little fans ages 4-14 will get instruction from the talented and FUNN Flying Squirrels players and coaches for an extra special experience.

Campers receive four tickets to a Flying Squirrels Game, special camp gift, lunch and autograph session. Participants will also have the opportunity to participate in an on-field pre-game parade around the warning track on their last day of camp.

Camps start in July so hurry up and sign up your future Squirrel!

FUNNdamentals Camp for Boys & Girls Ages 4-8

August 20th & 21st

St. John’s Church Foundation has presented historical reenactments at the original location of the Second Virginia Convention of March 1775. Professional actors in 1770s attire portray ten delegates, including Patrick Henry, Thomas Jefferson, and George Washington. The delegates engage in the debates and arguments of the Second Virginia Convention, which lead up to Patrick Henry’s immortal “Give me liberty or give me death!” speech. 1:00 pm Doors open, seating is on first come, first serve basis 1:30 pm Music program 2:00.
