Dare to Dream Gives Young Women Confidence and Hope

Princess Tiana joined the forum panel for photos.

Mentoring and teaching young women how to grow up confident and successful is an important job for Richmond moms, and moms everywhere. Richmondmom.com’s Kate Hall did just that with other successful Richmond business-women recently.

Kate, along with Diane Walker of NBC12/FOX News at Ten, Jane Crawley of the Henrico Department of Social Services Director, and Kat Simons from WTVR-FM Lite 98,  shared their insights and approach to the challenges they’ve faced in their lives, socially and professionally.

They met with a group of  girls under foster care within Henrico County’s Social Services Department.

These successful women explained how they learned the importance of reaching for their dreams as they participated in the forum presented by Disney on Ice’s “Dare to Dream”.

Disney on Ice presents “Dare to Dream” is at the Richmond Coliseum this Thursday, September 22 through Sunday, September 25. It is the perfect event to promote this important forum to help young girls prepare for their futures.

Diane, Jane, Kate and Kat took a few minutes of time to pose with Princess Tiana, the Disney on Ice “Dare to Dream” princess.

This is just  one more reason – Kate rocks!
