Mompreneurs Launch Painting Parties in Private Homes

Offering an Innovative, Fun & Affordable Way to Paint

Pretty in Paint, LLC (www.prettyinpaintparties.com) announced the launch of its new business: painting parties in the comfort of private homes.

These “art parties” are an innovative way for friends and co-workers to spend time together in a private setting while creating an original masterpiece in just a couple of hours.

Pretty in Paint, founded by three women [mompreneurs!] in Richmond, VA and Pennington, NJ, offers individuals – regardless of their experience – how to discover their inner artist.  Unlike other programs in public spaces, Pretty in Paint is the only one in the area to offer a personal, comfortable and relaxed setting…a private home.

Individuals who are interested in hosting an art party should visit the company’s website to:

  • Select a painting that will be featured at the party.
  • Once friends are invited, the Pretty in Paint artist will do the rest.
  • The artist quickly transforms the home (or office) into an art studio, and provides all necessary supplies.
  • After just a few hours of socializing and painting, each guest will leave with a wonderful sense of accomplishment and a beautiful, original 16” x 20” canvas.
  • The cost is $35 per person; and with six or more guests, the host paints at no charge.
  • Frames are also available at each party for $30, and include on-site mounting.

Because the founders believe giving back to the community is important, a portion of the fees will be donated to a different charity each month.

Pretty in Paint also offers social gatherings, corporate events, team-building opportunities, fundraisers, showers, holiday parties, couples nights and more. For more information, visit them on Facebook or at their website.
