Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and what better time to share a little love with someone else? Did you know that a Kleenex product is the perfect way to share some love?

No, we’re not kidding! Kleenex is great at helping us NOT spread germs, but also great at helping us spread love.

Kleenex brand is hosting a number of events at Ahold retail locations in the Washington D.C. and Richmond areas (Ahold locations include Martin’s and Giant stores). These events are part of Kleenex brand’s Softness Worth Sharing promotion, in which you can send a Kleenex Share Pack to someone via the Kleenex website. Kleenex is all about sharing and they’re helping you share love with someone else AND enter our Richmondmom.com and Kleenex contest to also win a $50 gift certificate to a participating retailer.

Kleenex brand is giving consumers a chance to try new Kleenex Cool Touch tissues first-hand and for FREE – the only tissue that actively releases a cool sensation to soothe a sore nose on contact – when they sign up to send a Share Pack to a friend or family member on the Kleenex website. The promotion is a continuation of last year’s highly successful “Softness Worth Sharing” campaign, in which a million people jumped at the opportunity to send a free Kleenex Share Pack to a friend or loved one.

But – there’s MORE to win.

Richmondmom.com readers can win a $50 gift card to one of the participating retailers by just taking a photo or leaving a comment below. It’s simple and you have two ways to win.

1. You can attend one of the retail events listed below, take a photo of yourself at the Kleenex kiosk sending a free Share Pack, and send us your photo to post with our article.
2. Or, you can simply visit the retail event and then leave a comment at the bottom of this post telling us which event you attended and who you shared a Kleenex Share Pack with and you’ll also be entered to win.

We’ll choose three (3) lucky winners for a $50 gift certificate.

Official rules:

1. Visit at least one of your local participating retailers listed below.
2. (a) Send your picture (jpg file) to kate@richmondmom.com OR (b) leave a comment at the end of this post and let us know which event you attended, and who you shared a Kleenex Share Pack with (first names and last initial only) and their relationship such as sister, friend, spouse. (Example: Rhonda W., sister). Feel free to leave additional comments about why you chose to share with this person and how you loved the new Kleenex product.
3. We will randomly select three (3) winners from all contestants who followed the contest instructions above.
4. Three (3) winners will receive one (1) $50 gift card good at a local participating retailer.

Anita S. totally enjoyed the Kleenex kiosk at Martin’s at White Oak, “What a fun-filled time at the Kleenex Brand Sharing Station yesterday evening at the Martin’s at White Oak!!!  I purchased four boxes of Kleenex and shared my boxes with a local Women’s Shelter.  Sara and Amber were so nice and energetic!  I was very impressed with the kiosk and the opportunity to share the boxes for charity.  The store was crazy busy but this sharing made it all worthwhile!  Thanks Kleenex!”
