Hi Kate,

GREAT job on running, you guys did awsome! Thank you again for the support, t-shirts, photos along this process, It was great fun and hope to do another one soon. I began Rachel’s {Rachel Pustilnik of Stroller Strides} training program with no previous running experience under my belt. I always told myself,” there is no way I can run; it is too hard, difficult and something I am not able to do”. With Rachel’s positive attitude, the group support, this became the key to success. I finished a 10K race; I would have never thought three months ago today, I would be saying I ran 6 miles. What a great accomplishment and what a great confidence booster.

To the team and Rachel, thank you!

Shanna Sonnier {of our 2009 “Run Like a Mother” 10K team}
